First, ensure that the app is installed on your device; if not, the Apple Support app can be downloaded from the App Store.

  1. Start Apple Support.
  2. Tap the device you’re experiencing trouble with under My Devices.
  3. Choose your problem from the list of categories. You can also select Tell us what’s wrong to allow Apple Support to identify the issue and provide solutions.
  4. Tap Find Authorized Locations under Bring in for Repair to schedule a Genius Bar appointment.
  5. You will now be presented with a list of Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Service Providers. Under each store, those with open spaces will display Available [day, date].
  6. Tap the store of your choice.
  7. Choose a date and time that works for you. Tap the Info I button to get additional information about the store’s location and phone number.
