Method #1. Using Apple Watch

Apple Store credit:

  1. Go to Apple’s trade-in page.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select Apple Watch.
  3. Enter your serial number here.
  4. After verifying the serial number, Apple displays the trade-in value.

On BestBuy:

  1. Select Apple Watch Series from the BestBuy trade-in menu.
  2. Select your body type and size.
  3. Choose the best combination.
  4. Indicate the watch’s condition.

Method #2. Using iPhone

Trade-in with Apple:

  1. Go to Apple’s trade-in page.
  2. Check your iPhone’s estimated trade-in value.
  3. For an accurate quote, scroll down and select your device.
  4. Choose Smartphone.
  5. Select a model (iPhone 12 mini in my case.)
  6. Fill out the questionnaire.

Trade-in with Bestbuy:

Scroll down to BestBuy Estimate your trade-in value.
Select iPhone and then model.
Select your current telecommunications provider.
Other details, such as storage and colour, should be specified.
Describe the condition of your iPhone.

Method #3. Using iPad

Trade-in value on Apple:

  1. Apple’s trade-in website.
  2. Choose Tablet.
  3. Enter and validate the serial number.

Trade-in value on Bestbuy:

  1. Navigate to BestBuy’s trade-in section.
  2. Choose iPad.
  3. Specify the precise model.
  4. Enter additional information such as storage capacity and colour.
  5. Indicate the product’s condition.

Method #4. Using MacBook to check the trade-in value of Apple Watch

Trade-in with Apple:

Choose MacBook from the Apple trade-in site.
Fill in the serial number.
Screen and other physical conditions must be specified.
Trade in your MacBook for Apple store credit.

Trade-in value on BestBuy:

  1. Navigate to the BestBuy trade-in page.
  2. Choose Apple Notebooks.
  3. Enter the MacBook series, year of production, screen size, storage option, and colour.
  4. Describe the condition of the item.
  5. BestBuy requests that you log out of iTunes, iCloud, and your Apple ID. After that, you must perform a factory reset on your MacBook.
