Method #1. By Using iPhone and iPad

  1. Open the Mail app.
  2. Tap the Compose email icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Now, write the email that you wish to schedule.
  4. After then, tap and hold the Up arrow in the upper right corner.
  5. Now select one of the available schedules.
  6. You can create a custom timetable by selecting Send Later.

Find a scheduled email in the Mail app:

  1. Tap the Mailboxes button in the upper left corner.
  2. In Mailboxes, select Send Later.
  3. You now have a list of Scheduled emails.

To reschedule an email:

  1. Go to the Mailboxes -> Send Later.
  2. Select the email -> Edit button.
  3. Now, change the time and click Done.

Using Spark app:

If you haven’t already, download the Spark app and sign in using your email address.

  1. To start a new email, click the Pen icon.
  2. Choose the recipient, subject, and message as usual.
  3. Now, in the bottom-right corner, tap the Email Scheduling symbol.
  4. You can select one of the pre-defined schedules or a custom date by selecting Pick date.
  5. Tap the Send icon in the top-right corner to send the email.

Method #2. By Using Mac to Send Emails Later

  1. Open the Mail app and compose an email.
  2. Select the down arrow (next to the Send button).
  3. Choose one of the offered schedules.
  4. Alternatively, select Send Later and enter a date and time.
  5. To confirm, click the Schedule button.

Schedule emails on Mac using Spark:

  1. Create an email, including the recipient, topic, and message.
  2. Next to the Send button, click the Schedule symbol.
  3. Choose from the pre-defined dates and times, or change it to your liking, and then click Set Time when finished.
  4. To confirm the action, click the Schedule button.

How to Set up an email schedule with Automator and Calendar app?

Method #1. Automator

  1. Launch the Automator programme, choose Workflow, and then click Choose.
  2. Mail can be found in the sidebar Library section. Then, in the main window, drag and drop the New Mail Message option.
  3. Now, write your email, including the recipient, topic, and message.
  4. After that, drag and drop the Send Outgoing Messages option from the sidebar below the current job in the main window.
  5. Select Save from the File menu. Name the file, then select Application from the File Format box and click Save.

Method #2. Calendar app

  1. Launch the Calendar app.
  2. To create an event, double-tap the selected date.
  3. Name the event, choose a time, and select Alert from the menu.
  4. Select Custom from the drop-down menu and then Open the file from the first box.
  5. Select Other and paste the automation file you prepared into the next box.
  6. Change the Alert timing to ‘At the event’ and then click OK.
